Dr. Mayuri Khamar is a senior Glaucoma specialist with more than 36 years of experience of experience in clinical care, research and teaching .She has served in key academic and consultant roles at leading institutions such as B.J. Medical College,Nagri Eye Hospital, and Raghudeep Eye Hospital.

Her work has been recognized nationally with prestigious awards including the D.B.Chandra Award (AIOS 2014), Best Research Paper (GSI 2016), and the R.N.Mathur Oration (GOS).She has also been honored for her services for mankind by Ahmedabad Medical Association and awarded for multiple best research paper from AGOS.

Dr. Khamar has presented and published widely at both national and international levels.She has organized the annual CME " Glaucoma Convene" (2008 to 2028 & 2023) and served in major leadership roles including Chairperson, Scientific Committee (GOS), Vice President Ahmedabad Ophthalmology Soc. and Treasurer, Glaucoma Society of India(2020-2022).
